NC REALTORS® 2026 Dues Announced
The NC REALTORS® Board of Directors has officially approved the 2026 budget, and dues amounts have been released in eCommerce.

The approved amount for NC REALTORS® 2026 dues is $210.00.
To help you prepare for 2026 dues billing, NC REALTORS® has provided several important reference materials and reminders. These documents are available to local associations and should be reviewed carefully to ensure compliance and accuracy throughout the billing process.
What to Know About Your 2026 Dues
Here’s a quick overview to help you prepare:
- NC REALTORS® Dues: $210
- Of this amount, $29 (14%) is not deductible for federal income tax purposes.
- NAR Dues: $156
- $55 (35%) is not deductible.
- NAR Consumer Advertising Campaign Assessment: $45 — fully deductible
💡 While dues payments are not charitable contributions, most of your REALTOR® dues may be deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses. Always consult your tax professional for details.
RPAC Voluntary Contribution
When paying your dues, you’ll also see the option to make a voluntary contribution to the NC REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC).
RPAC supports candidates and policies that protect your business, private property rights, and the real estate industry in North Carolina.

You can choose to contribute more, less, or not at all — your membership standing will not be affected. Refund requests for RPAC contributions can be submitted within 45 days of the contribution date by emailing refunds@ncrealtors.org.
