Quarter 4 MLS Fees – Important Billing Notice

Longleaf Pine REALTORS® would like to remind all members that Quarter 4 MLS fees will be billed on September 2, 2025. Please review the essential payment details below to ensure uninterrupted MLS access:

• Autodraft Payments: If you are enrolled in autodraft, your MLS fees will be drafted on September 2, 2025, and a receipt will be automatically emailed to the address we have on file.
• Manual Payments: If you are not set up on autodraft, your MLS bill is due by September 15, 2025. Payments must be submitted on time to prevent service interruption.
• Termination Deadline: MLS service will be terminated on October 1, 2025, for any accounts with unpaid fees as of September 30, 2025.

To maintain seamless access to the MLS system and all of its tools, please ensure your Quarter 4 MLS fees are paid promptly.
