Let’s Build Something Bigger—Together

Dear Members,

First, thank you to everyone who took the time to respond to our recent community outreach survey. Your input has been invaluable, and it confirmed what we already knew: our REALTORS® care deeply about giving back.

You told us you want to support:

  • ✔️ Affordable housing
  • ✔️ Food insecurity
  • ✔️ Military families

These aren’t just trending causes—they’re pillars of our 2025–2027 Strategic Plan, and your feedback is helping us shape real, actionable efforts to make a difference.

Here’s how your Community Outreach Committee is turning those priorities into impact—and how your office can be a part of it:

  • Friendship Gardens & Evr’body Eatz: We support these initiatives to teach families how to grow their own food, creating long-term solutions for food insecurity. REALTORS® like you can volunteer to help build or maintain gardens, or participate in outreach events that bring communities together.
  • Alms House (Hope Mills): We support this organization, which provides hot meals and emergency assistance to neighbors in need. This is a powerful opportunity for your office to volunteer together, strengthen your team, and serve side by side.
  • Fayetteville Urban Ministry: Our support helps provide food, clothing, utility assistance, and home repairs through their Nehemiah Project—especially for elderly homeowners and veterans. Volunteering here makes a lasting difference where it matters most.
  • Marine Toys for Tots: With your help, we support the Armed Services YMCA and the Salvation Army Angel Tree to ensure that military children in our area receive toys and support during the holidays. Hosting a toy drive is a perfect seasonal project for your office.
  • Cape Fear Valley Blood Center: Blood donations save lives. We help by organizing and promoting blood drives throughout the year. Your office can include this event in your community calendar.
  • FTCC Scholarship Fund: By supporting future trades professionals, we’re investing in the long-term health of the housing market and affordable development in our region.

And while some of our support may be quiet and behind the scenes, we’ve also made financial contributions to other local efforts when the need arises. Your engagement helps us do more, reach further, and serve better.

So, how can your office get involved?

  • Volunteer once a month, once a quarter, or even once a year—just make it part of your culture.
  • Choose a cause that resonates with your team and commit to it—repeating it builds relationships and amplifies your impact.
  • Let us help you match your team with a project that fits your availability and passion.

If you’d like more information or would like me to visit your next office meeting, I’d be happy to share how we can work together to serve our community with purpose.

Let’s move beyond transactions.
Let’s build connection.
Let’s build community—together…

Warm regards,

Tiffany Jones
