Week of March 1–7: Classes & Committee Kick‑Offs

Week of March 8–14: Volunteer & Networking

• Buyer Selling Skills Course – March 9: Build confidence in serving buyers at this hands‑on course.
• Alm’s House Volunteerism – March 9: Join fellow REALTORS® in giving back at Alm’s House in Hope Mills.
• Forewarn Virtual Training – March 10: Learn how to use Forewarn’s safety tool in a free online session.
• Admin Connect Networking Event – March 10: Office administrators and support staff can network over lunch.
• Community Outreach and Officers & Directors Meetings – March 11–12: Committee members and the Board of Directors will meet.
• REALTOR® Open House – March 13: Stop by the LPR office for refreshments and a tour.

Week of March 15–21: Luncheon & Advanced Training

• March Luncheon – March 17: Our signature luncheon returns to the Crown Complex. Enjoy networking and hear from Andrew Barksdale of the NCDOT.
• Bylaws Committee Meeting – March 18: Review proposed revisions with the committee.
• The Dealmaker’s Edge: Advanced Negotiation Techniques – March 18: Elevate your negotiation game with this deep‑dive class.
• Member Engagement & RPAC Committees – March 19: Committee members will be planning member outreach and advocacy efforts.
• HVAC Class – March 19: Learn how to better understand HVAC systems to help clients.

Week of March 22–28: Professional Designations & Free CE

• Military Relocation Professional (MRP) with Mark Given – March 24: Earn your MRP certification at the LPR office.
• FREE General Update Course #5926 – March 25: Satisfy your CE requirements online via Zoom.
• Property Management & Government Affairs Committee Meetings – March 26: Committee members meet to plan education on rental housing issues and legislative priorities.
• Forewarn Virtual Training – March 26: A second session for those who missed the earlier webinar.
