Code of Ethics
Your Code of Ethics requirement is held within three-year cycles. Cycle six will run until December 31st, 2021. This requirement is held by the National Association of REALTORS®. If you’ve already taken a course email us your certificate here.

Continuing Education
Every June 10th all REALTORS® are required in North Carolina to take eight hours of continuing education courses. Depending on your status you must take a General Update or BIC Update as well as an elective.

Matrix MLS Training
Join LPR leader Megan Gerber as she goes through Matrix for agents. Keep your eyes open for the next session packed with more in-depth information as the ability to ask any questions you might have regarding the MLS.

Practical Skills Series
New or experienced agent looking for insider tips and tricks? Not sure where to start with Buyers, Sellers, or Contracts? Look no further than this four-session course taught by some of the Association’s top-producing REALTORS®.

New Member Orientation
Before becoming a full REALTOR® each new member is required to take the Longleaf Pine REALTORS® Orientation and pass the exam. It is made up of fourteen questions all related to the presentation below. Use access code 84D3J to access the test.

Nuts and Bolts
Once a month Longleaf Pine REALTORS® Association offers an educational program before the Luncheon. You will be able to find a variety of topics from REALTOR® Saftey to Upcoming Road Projects. All Nuts & Bolts will resume in person before the Live September Luncheon.
