New Member Essentials
Your First Steps as a REALTOR®
Complete these three required programs within 60 days of joining and set yourself up for a confident, compliant career in real estate.
New REALTOR® Orientation
Before becoming a full REALTOR®, all new members must complete the LPR Orientation presentation and pass a 14-question exam demonstrating their understanding of LPR policies and procedures.
Code of Ethics Training
Uphold the highest professional standards in your real estate practice. The Code of Ethics requirement is managed by NAR in three-year cycles. New members must complete it within 60 days of joining.
Fair Housing Requirements
Stay current on Fair Housing laws and best practices. This training ensures all REALTORS® understand and uphold equal opportunity in housing for every client and community member.

Your 60-day window starts the moment you join LPR. Orientation, Code of Ethics, and Fair Housing are all mandatory for full REALTOR® membership in good standing.
