Seeking a CEO for Longleaf Pine REALTORS®

Longleaf Pine REALTORS®, Inc. (LPR) is seeking a visionary and service-oriented Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its strategic growth, member service delivery, advocacy engagement, and professional development initiatives. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the CEO is responsible for aligning the Association’s operations with its 2025–2027 Strategic Plan, supporting over 2,100 members, and positioning the Association as a leader in the real estate industry and regional community.

The Association’s expectations for this commitment would be a minimum of five years. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, principled, and collaborative leader who understands association management, builds relationships across diverse constituencies, and fosters innovation, professionalism, and inclusivity within the REALTOR® community. The position will be in-person/on-site at LPR’s office in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
