NCDOT Road Projects in Hope Mills

The town manager of Hope Mills has presented a list of road projects that the North Carolina Department of Transportation has underway.
Active Projects
- Fayetteville Outer Loop – construct new freeway from I-95 in Robeson County to South Camden Road in Cumberland County (93% complete) cost: $129,749,000
- North Main Street – replace existing sidewalk and construct new sidewalk along Main Street cost: $449,000
- Camden Road from Fayetteville outer look to just west of Rockfish Road (16% complete) $420,241,370
- Camden Road – west of Rockfish Road and North Main Street – widen to multi-lane cost: $55,000,000
- Rockfish Road from Golfview Road to North Main Street and Golfview Road – widen to multi-lanes cost: $33,031,000
- Fisher Road from Strickland Bridge Road to Bingham Drive – widen 2.1 miles of Fisher Road to four lane divided with 19.5 foot median, a 5 foot sidewalk on the westbound side, and a 10-foot multiuse path on the eastbound side. A roundabout is also proposed at the McKinnon Farm intersection. cost: $65,000,000 construction to begin 2028

- Cameron Road, by way of Hope Mills Middle School to South Main Street in Hope Mills – sidewalk construction cost: $574,000
