John McPherson
2025 President — NC REALTORS®
John McPherson served as the 2025 President of NC REALTORS®, the statewide association representing more than 60,000 real estate professionals across North Carolina. As President, John led the association’s strategic direction, advocates for property rights and homeownership at the state level, and champions the interests of REALTORS® and their clients in the halls of the General Assembly and beyond.
A seasoned real estate professional with deep roots in the industry, John brings a wealth of knowledge and a strong commitment to elevating the profession. His leadership reflects NC REALTORS®’ mission to empower its members with education, advocacy, and community engagement.
At the April Luncheon, John will deliver a direct update from the NC REALTORS® Association — covering statewide legislative priorities, market trends, member resources, and what lies ahead for the profession in 2026. This is a rare opportunity for local REALTORS® to hear directly from the top of the state association.
