Access to Fort Bragg via All American Freeway Set to Close in July

On July 5th, the All American Freeway Fort Bragg entrance will close for up to 2 years. Here is what we know.
- The visitor center will remain open for visitor passes but you will not be able to drive through the gate entrance
- Gruber Road Bridge will close as the entrance road – bridge will be rebuilt
- You can obtain a visitors pass at the center but you will have to enter through another gate
- Canopy Lane gate will be open at all times
- North gates will along NC Highway 87 will be open as well
- 15,000 people enter the All American Gate each day
- Construction is estimated to take around 24 months
- The base has adjusted manpower to control conjestion
