Eric Johnson is a REALTOR® and Director of Sales with Sanford Surrounded, brokered by LPT Realty. Since entering real estate in 2020, Eric has served buyers, sellers, land clients, and new-construction clients throughout the Sandhills and greater Fayetteville region. With a background in construction, sales, leadership, and coaching, he brings a practical, agent-focused perspective to the real estate industry.
Why I Would Like to Serve
I would like to serve on the LPR MLS Committee because the MLS is one of the most important tools we use as real estate professionals. I want to represent the perspective of active agents, listen to the needs of our membership, and help ensure our MLS continues to improve, adapt, and provide accurate information and effective tools that ultimately help us better serve our clients.
