Biography
Wayne Wheeler is a REALTOR® and broker with more than nine years of experience serving the Fayetteville and Fort Bragg region. Following 24 years of U.S. Army service, he brings disciplined leadership, practical problem-solving, and a strong commitment to the profession. Wayne previously served on the Education, Grievance, Professional Standards, and Bylaws Committees. He currently chairs the MLS Committee and serves on the Finance & Budget Committee, representing members with transparency, sound judgment, and a working-agent perspective.
Why I Would Like to Serve
I would like to serve on the LPR Board of Directors to ensure the association stays focused on its members while also looking ahead. My military leadership, brokerage experience, and committee service have shaped me to listen, examine facts, and make responsible decisions. I will not support a position because it is popular; I will question consensus and dissent when members’ interests require it. I want to support member engagement and services while positioning LPR to remain influential, pursue opportunities, and prepared to meet future challenges.
