She currently serves as Broker in Charge of Keller Williams Realty Fayetteville, where she leads a team of agents and works daily on the issues that matter most to the profession — compliance, culture, and agent development.

As a military spouse, Trisha has a firsthand understanding of the unique dynamics of the Fayetteville market and the families who rely on it. She is also a mother of two, which keeps her focused on building a community that lasts well beyond any single transaction.
