Roger Shah is a North Carolina & South Carolina real estate broker, investor, and owner of RESCOMM REAL ESTATE. With extensive experience in both residential and commercial real estate, he helps clients navigate sales, leasing, investments, development opportunities, and challenging negotiations.

Roger is known for his practical approach, strong negotiating instincts, and ability to see opportunities others may overlook. Away from real estate, he enjoys investing in real estate, golf, swimming, piano, fitness, and traveling.

Why I Would Like to Serve

I am seeking the opportunity to serve on the MLS Committee to bring an experienced, practical, and independent perspective to its work. As a broker and firm owner with experience in both residential and commercial real estate, I understand the issues that directly impact our members. I am committed to using my experience, sound judgment, and leadership skills to strengthen MLS policies, promote fairness and efficiency, and ensure the MLS continues to serve the evolving needs of our real estate community.
