Biography
Paula Dingwall is a REALTOR® | Broker/Owner, Educator, and Community Leader dedicated to making Real Estate more understandable, inclusive, and empowering. Since 2013, she has combined industry expertise, thoughtful education, creative problem-solving, and strong negotiation to help clients achieve their goals. With a heart for service and a passion for Fair Housing, Paula advocates for her clients and community while continuously growing professionally. Her approach is simple: listen with intention, educate with clarity, advocate with purpose, and serve with integrity.
Why I Would Like to Serve
As a graduate of local and state leadership academies, serving as President of the REALTOR® Association is the natural next step in my commitment to our members. I bring strong relationships with staff and board leadership, a track record of chairing key committees (DEI, Member Services, Education) both locally and at the state level, and a deep community network to advance our strategic plan. My focus is on identifying future leaders, fostering inclusion, and actively serving the needs of our REALTOR® community.
