Biography
Mark Dow is the Broker in Charge of Cresfund Realty and a respected real estate professional known for strategic expertise and client-focused service. Since entering the industry in 2018, he has received the Longleaf Pine REALTORS® Rookie of the Year and President’s Awards. Mark’s leadership with local and state REALTOR® organizations, legislative committees, and the Fayetteville Home Builders Association provides clients with valuable market insight and trusted guidance.
Why I Would Like to Serve
As an active Broker in Charge with local and state committee experience, I am committed to making our MLS more accurate, consistent, and user-friendly. I recently worked with Realist to correct a mobile display issue, improving usability for REALTORS® nationwide. I regularly recommend Matrix enhancements and helpful resources for our members. If appointed, I will work to simplify Matrix searches by reducing repeated or confusing choices and making option names more consistent. I would appreciate your support for my appointment to the LPR MLS Committee.
