Keosha (Keo) Brown

Biography
Keosha “Keo” Brown is a wife, mother, real estate broker, property manager, business owner, and John Maxwell Certified Leadership Coach proudly serving her hometown of Fayetteville, North Carolina, and surrounding communities. She obtained her North Carolina real estate license in 2019 and is passionate about helping buyers, sellers, and investors achieve their real estate goals while providing knowledgeable, dependable, and client-focused service.
Committed to continued professional development, Keosha holds the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) Designation and Military Relocation Professional (MRP) Certification. She is also a member of the Longleaf Pine REALTORS® Property Management Committee and an inaugural graduate of the Longleaf Pine REALTORS® Leadership Academy.
Keosha earned a bachelor’s degree in English from North Carolina Central University in 2004 and a graduate degree in Communications and International Affairs from Howard University in 2011. Before transitioning full-time into real estate and entrepreneurship, she proudly served in the United States Federal Government from 2009 to 2025. During her federal career, she served as a Training and Professional Development Coach, helping employees strengthen their skills and advance professionally. Among her accomplishments, Keosha developed and implemented a successful mentorship program that helped employees pursue professional growth and career advancement, earning accolades and awards for the program and its impact.
Keosha’s professional journey reflects a longstanding commitment to leadership, mentorship, professional development, and service. She is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, where the organization’s legacy of service and community impact aligns with her own commitment to serving and uplifting others.
Outside of real estate, Keosha enjoys gardening, cooking, spending time with her family, and serving others in her community.
Why I Would Like to Serve
I would like to serve on the LPR MLS Committee to contribute the perspective of an active Broker-in-Charge, REALTOR®, and property manager of a boutique firm, who relies on the MLS daily. I value collaboration, accuracy, innovation, and ensuring our MLS continues to meet the evolving needs of its members. I welcome the opportunity to advocate for practical solutions, contribute to meaningful discussions, and help strengthen this essential resource for our local real estate community.
