Biography
David H. Zeitz is a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Premier Team Realty, Lumberton. He’s been in the business since 2002. David served as Longleaf Pine REALTORS® President in 2025 and now chairs the Nominating and Personnel committees, with a seat on the Finance and Budget committee. He’s also served twice on the NC REALTORS® Budget and Finance Committee, 2025-26 Residential Forms Committee and is a 2021 graduate of the NC REALTORS® William C. Bass Leadership Academy.
Why I Would Like to Serve
After leading the association as President and serving on the Finance and Budget committee, I know firsthand how sound stewardship protects our members’ dues and strengthens our future. As Secretary-Treasurer, I’ll bring that same commitment to transparency and fiscal responsibility—and I’ll push to modernize our financial structure, updating our systems and processes so the association runs leaner, more accountable, and better prepared for what comes next.
