Biography

Damesha 'Deesh' Watson, Broker/Owner of Deesh Watson Realty, has been a real estate professional since 2000. She is also an IT consultant, real estate educator, and speaker. As Chair of the Longleaf Pine REALTORS® DEI Committee, Deesh promotes Fair Housing awareness, committee member engagement, and community outreach. She brings extensive industry experience, a strong technology background, collaborative leadership, and a commitment to equipping REALTORS® with the knowledge and resources needed to succeed.

Why I Would Like to Serve

Attending my first LPR Strategic Planning Meeting gave me an even greater appreciation for the work happening behind the scenes to move our Association forward. I was excited to participate, share ideas, and see the vision for LPR’s future. I want to serve on the Board of Directors to contribute my experience, perspective, and leadership while helping ensure our members are informed, supported, and prepared for where our industry and Association are headed.

Why I Would Like to Serve

I would like to serve on the LPR MLS Committee because technology continues to shape how REALTORS® conduct business and serve their clients. With my background in computer science, technology management, and real estate, I can bring both a technical and REALTOR® perspective to the committee. I look forward to providing insight on emerging technology, MLS tools, data, cybersecurity, and solutions that can improve efficiency and enhance the user experience.
